Captivated by His Beauty, Linda Miramontes

My name is Linda Miramontes. I was born into a Catholic family. When I was seventeen, I had the sweetest experience in regard to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I began to question my human existence and therefore began seeking Him. I tasted many different kinds of denominations until the Lord brought me to the local church. Also, I remember reading a book by Witness Lee, A Seer of the Divine Revelation and it was absolutely insightful and enjoyable. Many of my questions were answered.

About a year ago, I was involved in a business partnership. I became successful but I realized that the money I was making and the pleasure I had owning my own business was temporary and was not satisfying my innermost being! Eventually, I found out there was a Full-Time Training in Anaheim (FTTA), so I decided by the Lord's mercy to attend the training for two years. Inwardly, I always had a feeling there had to be more to learn about my Creator and why He created me. Today, I can say that this Training is what I desperately needed and I thank the Lord for allowing me to attend the FTTA.

As I look back I'm aware of how my precious Lord has been tenderly shepherding and guiding me to the green pastures so I could not longer want (Psalm 23).

There is a hymn chorus that says, “Captivated by His beauty, all our hearts love haste to bring, let His peerless worth constrain thee, crown Him now unrivaled King” (Hymns, #437).

Thank you Lord, because Your beauty and tender love has captivated me. Giving me Your life and bringing me to the FTTA have been the best gifts You have given me.
